Wellness, what is it? Is it simply defined as being healthy? Is it a fit body? A reasonably healthy ego? Or is it merely practicing wiser habits?
It is hard to define, because Wellness is such a highly dynamic concept, including numerous different factors.
Wellness is an active, lifelong process, which involves expanding knowledge, skills, values, practices, and supportive environments that increase one’s ability to enjoy a balanced and fulfilling life. Being comprised of such an interrelated set of dimensions, it is better to view wellness as something that must be "practiced," rather than "achieved." The answer will be different for everyone. But in the end, it is about mindset, and can be the deciding factor in your success at achieving a healthier life.
